Where Did Fall Go????
Snow and mid 20's this morning ... This is the earliest that I can remember school closings and delays in my area.
Schools were closed less than 30 minutes away from me. I only had a few flakes, but evidently Ashe and Alleghany counties got an early start to winter today.
It's mid-November and I'm already tired of winter. Someone please press the fast forward button so we can move on to spring.

20s!?! Good Lord! That's a bit too Wintery, even for me. I guess the bikes are in storage and the cats are in cuddle mode?

The bikes are definitely in storage. I'm too much of a fair weather rider to get out in weather like this. I admire the crazy people that ride year-round, but I'm afraid I'll never be one of them.
I love cats. They are better than any electric blanket ever made. I call them my little furnace bundles. I have one that curls up in between my feet and one that curls up by my side every night. It is amazing how warm they get when they curl up and go into purr mode.

I agree about the bed warmers, I love sleeping with cats. I don't like them on the feet so much but by my side or on the pillow is great. Even when they snore it is not as loud as the wife and NO ELBOWS!
